These are home made by me. You too can make them if you sew. They are elastic with pretty colored stones I got at Wal-Mart. Then cut to size and sewed them together. Trhey are made for a woman of 250 pounds but if you win I will gladly cut them to your size, yes even if it is larger. The necklace is eighteen inches. One woman bought a set for her little girl to wear the necklace as a headband. But if your hair is slick, which mean soft and silky like mine, it will not stay on without bobby pins.
