Questions & Comments
Seriously kittensstuff thats childish, i rather know if things are used i dont want pink eye or some type of eye infection, btw i dont thing my ?s were so bad
I have replied to your question like 2 or 3 times now, so I don't know if it's not going through or what but I'm responding again just incase you have not seen or received my other replies. No, it is completely brand new, never used at all.
I think people may be asking if it's used bc of the very last pic posted. Butane that is your personal one that you use? Idk...but it made me a little curious as well. It's a reallyyyy very nice auction and a ton of watchers will see this and ask so don't be surprised by those that do. I don't think anyone was trying to be rude but maybe just a little paranoid bc there's so many scammers out there on Listia. If you say it's new then it's new so people should not worry over it and if they are so worried then maybe it would be better for those people to just move on rather than posting any negativity. I don't think those ladies were trying to be rude though just wanting all of the facts before bidding away all of their credits (bc believe me you will get a LOT for this). They also just want you to be successful on here. We love a new addition to our makeup lovers here on Listia lol. So anyways, sorry for the book and this is a wonderful auction which I will be closely watching and I wish you the best of luck on all of your auctions. It's always very generous of a person to see something so nice and high end such as this. Thanks for listing!
I apologize but I really feel I should respond to explain. It is not that we are being rude when we ask questions to clarify what a photo may or may not show. Photos are really the only way we have to judge what we are bidding on, as evidenced also by the moderators always posting the notices to auctions without them. Honestly it is in your very best auction interest if possible to provide more/clearer photos, that way you can get the highest bids your item should garner. And "Used Make-up that uses an applicator to touch any body part to apply" is also on the prohibited list. One concern with high end makeups that are not authentic isn't just that someone may feel that they did not get the value for their bids, but depending on where it comes from it may have ingredients that can be damaging to the skin or even dangerous to use. As I mentioned, I really don't think any of the comments have been rude - I know that mine were not intended to be~
Stated it in the description and in the comments it was new. You were rude, point blank. You were basically calling her a liar so yes it was rude, just like you have a right to opinion, so do I. You were rude, plain and simple.
Personally. I could care less if it's used (I'm not sayin it is) I just die laughing at the nazis on here, oh that looks used OMG. Like seriously? I understand if they win and they get it and it's used then throwing a fit but seriously? Lord have mercy. People got nothing better to do.
In order to have better results with this auction, please add more details regarding your item. Your auction is missing a description or picture. These two things will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. We also highly recommend that you include pictures of the actual item that is being auctioned, (not just use stock photos from the manufacturer). For higher valued items, please include a notecard or piece of paper with your Listia username in one of the pictures of the actual item. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will ask, and most importantly, you`ll get the best results with your auction.
Thanks for making these changes and good luck with your auction!

I apologize, I had used my cell phone to post the item and for some reason it didn't take the information I input. But I have corrected it and thank you for your assistance.
Clearly you have no clue about this palette candy. The numbers for this one are not on the back they are on the sides. Plus the brush should have a number on it also. So stop harassing her if you have no clue.
How about this..I know I nor anyone else has ever used it since it came in the mail. I don't want anymore comments on opinions of it looking used. Either bid or don't but no more about this.
Great Auction, I'm atill looking for a Naked2 myself for a gift. But I can somewhat see what Prynsez is referring to also. It may just be the angle of the photos but Half Baked and Hustle are where I noticed. Perhaps to alleviate any further question you could post some close up photos of the shades as well? Just a suggestion...
