As best as I can measure with my small tape measure, it is about 2-1/4 x 1-1/2. I am not sure of the exact dimensions. Yes, it has magnetic closure. There is a magnet in the middle front on the top and the same on the bottom. It is really gorgeous but I have not used it and am trying to get rid of things that are just sitting and not getting use by me. Good luck if you decide to bid :)

I will have to check with the post office once auction has closed. It is a small box and can fit into a medium/large padded envelope. I cannot make heads or tails out of the USPS website to get a clear answer. If you live in Canada, maybe you are more familiar. However, I will not charge more than the exact cost of shipping, how's that ;-)

Monet makes some unique and beautiful items. Their items are sold at Macys, Belk, and a few more department stores. This particular one was purchased at Belk for me for a gift but I do not wear much jewelry, etc. Someone else's gain!
