FREE: Gold tone ring with jewels

Size 6 1/2 woman's ring. There is stamping but it is unreadable so I am unsure of the metal and/or purity. Unsure of the jewels as well. It hasn't turned my finger any colors. This ring was given to me and is slightly too big for my little fingers. I also HAVE NOT taken it to a jeweler nor have I had it appraised. The Ruby and diamonds are set high so they can breath so it may be authentic but I am a busy mom/wife/caregiver and don't have the time to find out, sorry.
