The listing, 1GB Digital MP3 Player has ended.

NIB never opened mp3 player. Very cool player, we had purchased 2 of them and only ended up using one. 1gb storage, plays mp3, WMA, and microsoft DRM. Runs on just 1 "AAA" battery and conmes with earphones, usb connector, software cd, and user guide. 1.8" display is very easy to read. Great for kids with the 2 headphone slots, no need to buy the 1 to 2 headphone extenders.

how many songs does it hold?

I have not tried to fill our other one completely. Based on bit rate sampling and the standard song compression you will be able to fit approx. 250 songs.
