Yes but my daughter wore it & she is not a plus size.

10 years old and she is average size.

My daughter is 5 and just grew into a 10. She is the older on in the picture. Do you think this may be too big, length wise for her? Sorry for all the questions, just wanta make sure it's gonna fit her.

ok I don't really know how to measure clothing so here is what I did. I measured from the seam at the shoulder to the bottom of the dress it is 32 inches,the bottom part that is red is about 16inches long,the blue part is about 16 inches also. I hope this helps.
