Questions & Comments
I contacted Ruby Tuesday and they stated the card can be used in the Continental USA and thus anywhere in the USA. Funny thing is that Hawaii and Alaska are for some reason separate from the Continental USA but Guam which is a territory further away in the Pacific is lumped with the Continental US store; rather strange . I just asked them if I sent this card to my parents in Pennsylvania as a gift would they be able to use it in the restaurants in their State and the reply I got was as follows: Thank you for contacting Ruby Tuesday.
The Hawaii Ruby Tuesday on Franchise locations and use a different service provider than we do on the mainland. The gift cards will be accepted in Pennsylvania, the notation is only for the restaurant to complete redemption. Your parents will not have a problem with it.
That is a good question as I never noticed that.It also says managers of continental locations should call RTI help desk to redeem and receive credit. So that is rather confusing. I will have to call around to find out
