im not sure what brand it is, i dont think its a particular brand. its not heavy at all but its sturdy and strong from what i can see

They extend to about 18" to 20" and are a MUST HAVE when travelling, or if you need that extra support and 'steadiness' when shooting something in motion. You can even turn the head so the you can push the tripod against your chest for extra stability when shooting something like fireworks and you can't set up a regular tripod and these fit easily into your pocket or camera bag! I have 2! LOL. Good luck everyone! You WILL enjoy this as an addition to your collection of photographic equipment and 'toys' as my mom used to call my obsession. LOL.
