Ive only used this product a few times at my salon and it was a while ago. The way that you can tell how much hold Kenra products have is by the number on the bottle. The hold factor in a product is usually what will tell you if its going to be "crunchy" or "hard" if you dont use any heat styling. Most products that are for thickness or volume are made for heat styling ie: blow dry styling, round brushing, flat iron, curling iron. Using those tools will give you the height or thickness. So this products hold number is a 9. The range of hold is from 0-26 with 26 being the most hold. So the hold is going to be pretty light or flexible. So to answer your question you could get some "crunchy" ness if you used this product and let your hair dry naturally without blowdrying. So if you dont blowdry your hair then its probably not the best product for you because its really made for heat styling. But with it being a 9 it really wouldnt be that hard if you didnt.
