Hello everyone, This is a beautiful bracelet my ex-brother-in-law brought back from the Middle East on his last tour
of duty. It is gold plated (at the least) with blue enamel and rhinestones within a floral design on top. Surrounded by a beautiful scrolling design in the gold work of the open cuff style with safety latch. This bracelet is signed, marked and cartouched, but it is in Middle eastern language and I can not understand it. I also tested it and believe it is at the least, Gold plated.
