Your Board will only support a maximum of 2 Gigs Memory period. It only has two sockets. It is PC-4200 for that board. PC-5300 is Backwards compatible with anything lower.So. Yes this will work,but ,You can only use half of it.You would have to relist the other Two Modules. Also this Ram if faster than 4200 and would only run @ the lower speed. So, Yes You'd have more mem. but,downsized. Still a really good deal if You Repost unused sticks here on Listia. Chuck

I have 3 256MB Modules that are brand new from Staples that i used to restore a P3-450
that maxed out the board @ 768MB

FYI sdram is not ddr1. sdram is the predecessor of ddr

@gaetrie. how much do you need? i have several old sticks of sdram, ddr, ddr2, and a few others. all of various sizes

yes, DDR has 184 pins, and SDRAM has 168 pins
