Great Christmas Present! 16 GB iPhone 4 AT&T. Perfect working order. The screen is in pristine condition. The back has a few light scratches mostly due to the cover being taken on and off. The phone will come with a case. The phone is also jailbroken. I ship free with tracking, usually within 1-2 days after receiving verified address..

So if the phone is not your initially-- is the iCloud unlocked??!
iCloud is different then a regular pass lock. And if the phone was reset back to factory settings with out the iCloud being unlocked and unlinked from the original owners name/password than the phone can Not be activated by anyone. At all.

I know what iCloud lock is. And being this is a 4, even if it was iCloud locked, there is a work around or hack you might say, that would remove the lock. The phone is not locked in any way, it has been set back to factory settings and is jailbroken
