Why would it be unfair to not ship outside US? Shipping rates increase exponentially once a package leaves the country. A lot of people (myself included) simply cannot afford it. Why not try to work an arrangement with the seller for you to pay the postage instead of whining about how unfair it is.

Hi, I'm interested but need to know if this has Microsoft Word installed. I use it for my work and can't use any other word processing applications - it has to be Word.

About the person who commented that you could take the shipping money, your reply was great and instilled confidence in me but you should know that there are a lot of people on here who will do exactly what he described so that's why a lot of us are gun shy when it comes to shipping fees. I actually had someone do it to me within the last month. I know it can be hard to get started on a new site without any reputation yet... once you start getting some positive feedbacks people won't be so skeptical.

do you have paypal yet? Flat rate box at the post office is about 14$ Please use bubble wrap, usps guys are not gentle. Also use a tracking number so the package can be tracked. Auction ends today an am trying to win.

I am new too and I thought I was the only one that has had issues. I sent out a brand new 10 ft. IPhone charger which the buyer received but said it did not work. I refunded but the buyer refused to return item that I had sent with no charge to them. I think it was a scam and I have since blocked this person. Beware and know that there are all kinds in this world.

I have another quick question - I noticed that the it says HP below the monitor but on the screenshot it says Dell. Those are two different manufacturers, do you know why that would be? It seems odd that it would say both.

because I reloaded the computer to get rid of all of my software on it, but I only had a dell disk to reload it with. the computer is a HP DM1, but the software is dell. to be honest, I did not even notice that until you said it.
