It does have a couple of scratches on it, and a tiny peice of plastic is off by one port....... but WORKS PERFECTLY, it does not affect how it functions in any way.

TheJoyofGrace, this will work perfectly fine with Your Windows 7 since the configuration has nothing to do with Your operating system and does not require any drivers or other extras to operate; it is kinda~sorta like an 'extension cord :) I hope that this helps.
