Not sure which Pantach (think Renue?). Screen is scratched up; however phone works perfectly. Fast text, and talk! Unlocked. Black case and USB plug included.

Oh no, you can have data on it, and it has a camera. Like a 2MP camera, and yes, if you pay for it, you can do data. There is NO WiFi tho.

Yes, you can use the internet if you have a "data" plan. Otherwise, it's just talk and text.
