This phone has been fully refurbished by sprint , i purchased it and used it for one month when i broke my former phone , then upgraded to the 6 when it became available, during the time it was used by me it was kept in a mophi charger case , which ususally sells for about 30.00, the 16gb iphone 4s has a value of about 100.00, this is a real listing not a scam where they send you a picture of a phone , you will receive in the mail a iphone 4S and a mophi case , case is used and has external wear from protecting phone but charges and extends the phones battery, I have learned not to ship without tracking as they always seem to get lost , so this item will be tracked to your door , shipping will not be free , this is atleast a 130.00 item if you cant cough up the shipping i understand their is a governent phone available.

Thanks, but not being rude , just replying to your comment , and it seems alot of people here like to complain about shipping fees, i have read the rules and im within my right as a listia seller , also i dont know why when it states no free shipping people have to repeatedly ask? I have looked at the other phones listed here and the majority are junk that are broken or listed as parts , this phone was just reconditioned by sprint prior to me purchasing it, it was traded in to them, i had it approximately 1 month and it was in a case, for what you are receiving i do not think the 10.00 is out of line , it will be sent with tracking and insurance and you will pay the pay pay service fee.

The charger cord is included, it was not in the box when i took a picture, also includes the charger cord for the mophi battery case , everything that came with the phone and the mophi battery case is included, the phone is like brand new and is boxed. It will be sent following payment.

It says online the phone can be unlocked and used by another carrier, instructions how to do so are online .

From what i have read all you need to do is put in a att sim card . The phone is NOT under a contract just change the sprint sim card to a att sim card , Google it .
