Im not sure what brand they are, it was given to me when i was in a police program and yes the do double lock

So they are newer? Not vintage or anything? Just asking because I have a lot of skeleton keys, and a padlock from like the 1918's. I may still bid and try tiquing' them myself. TY for your time! Great auction!
