I found this on their website:
"For Power Card or other inquiries, please call Guest Relations at (888) 300-1515 Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 CST or (800) 842-5369 to leave a message outside of business hours"

They just opened a Dave and Busters near my house and I have never been. Is it fun? :)
