They have some sort of magnet in them and are said to give energy, make all over pain better, give athletes better performance, etc.... I don't know if it's real or not, but I can say that I lived every day with back pain, for years, since my back surgery. For whatever reason, I have none.. I can't even predict when rain is coming, as I always could before these bracelets. They are sold in many sports stores. Again, I am not saying they do work or why they work, but many people believe they do. I can positively say that I feel a million times better - I leave mine on while I sleep, shower, .. at all times!

he only has a medium which is 7 1/2 inches. they seem to run big, so hopefully a medium will be big enough! "power energy wristbands" is what he called them so you can find it that way! Good luck! And I think he should share his points with me!
