Brand new,never used and they are a no name brand but they are AMAZING,natural fiber brushes,very soft and they blend very well. The blush and powder brushes distribute well and provide a soft,natural and non cakey finish. I have a travel sized brush set and a large brush set of these brushes so I can attest to the quality.
