The listing, Beautiful Silver & Sapphire Quartz Ring Sz.6.5 has ended.

This is so pretty. I wore it a couple times,but it really doesn't go with my Turquoise ring which I wear all the time. It appears to be silver,but I could find no marks. It could be Rhodium or Platinum. The ring is a size 6.5 in very good condition.

It was agift,but I know it was expensive. But I really don't know if it is real or lab created. I guess if you win it,you could always take it to a jeweler.
