PLEASE READ: I am an honest person and would very much appreciate before leaving neutral or negative feedback you contact me first. I am human and do make mistakes. I work with you to make sure your happy. I just had someone leave neutral feedback and I have no clue why?? They did not even tell me they were unhappy & have not answer email. I send many packages weekly and sometimes I may miss one or mess something up.
