the disc has been used so there is superficial scratching that is going to result from normal use. The game works fine however and has been tested prior to being listed.

how is the game play? no glitching or small ammount of lagging at points in the game (i had that happen to a few of my games already, i would slow down and the same spot in the game then "jump"from spot to spot)

Plays fine to my knowledge. I haven't played the entire game nor have my kids. They got bored with it,they're growing up too fast they like to shoot zombies now.
