I am offering a pre-owned 27" tunic/dress in a pretty royal blue. It is 65% cotton, 32% nylon and 3% spandex. The material feels warm, like a thin sweater. It has cables interspersed with plain strips and the bottom has thin ribbing. There are belt loops but I don't have the belt.

This comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
