You must of done something wrong because if you do your research you CAN reuse it, when you buy a Magic Jack at the store, you are paying for the life of the magic jack. You have to buy a new one year subscription threw magic jack to reuse it. If you have any questions about how to reconnect it I'll be more than glad to help you.

No, I'm Talking If You Sell This to Someone Else, UNLESS IT IS NEW NEVER USED They CANNOT reuse it unless they keep Your Number That was assigned to it in other words They CANNOT buy this call majic jack and have a new number put on it.
