Y would you not ship First class? it would be $1.71 and confirmation is .80.. 4.95 is probably a flat Rate ship price

yeah thats how we ship flat rate, so i can use the post office envelopes, plus you get it faster.

I am disabled and don't have the funds to buy envelopes, its easier to ship flat rate envelope. and faster to get it to you.
