The listing, Vintage Batman desk lamp w/comic strip has ended.

This has a comic strip taped on it where a batman sticker used to be, the residue is still there underneath, the tiny light switch PLATE is missing too. The bat light's lamp arm won't stay up. There is a short in the wiring, but it can be made to work as shown in the pictures. It has a low and high beam, with off in the middle. The batman could use a touch up with some paint.

No it is factory made the round bottom part is hard brown plastic while the ground that Batman is standing on, Batman himself plus the Batcave is made out of latex or rubber.

I can see why someone might think this was made by someone. The secret entrance to the batcave has a bat shaped sign over it that reads BATCAVE and there's no way the Batmobile is inside. The rubber or latex it is made out of is hollow.
