this is close to a men's medium, however since it is cut for boys the sleeve are shorter...if you need me to I can take measurements

underarm to underarm 19"
shoulder to hem 26"
sleeves are 23"
I took the measurement with the shirt laying flat

That is a full size "teen adult" tie, right?!

yes the tie fits the shirt just right , it's about 17" so within an inch of an adult man's tie..it is a clip on so no worries about having to knot it :)
