You can also use it on Page Plus Cellular, Great company and cheaper than Verizon.

Very very minor. I really had to look hard to even see it. If you look at the main photo, click on it and enlarge it and you can see 2 tiny little ones right below the red circle.

Is it unlocked does it take a SIM card

I assume it is unlocked because I used it for the full length of the 2 year contract with Verizon. Do they unlock automaticallly after contract? I'm not sure.
As far as a SIM card, I really had no idea so I googled it and from what I've read the Droid X phones do NOT have SIM cards.

I bought one off ebay and I have used my droid x with Straight Talk and it works on the Straight talk Verizon line. I just buy a prepaid card from straight talk each month. The motorola Droid X is really great phone. In fact I also bought me a larger battery and the back came with it so it stays charged longer. This is a great auction.
