Just to be clear....You are bidding on a craft kit which is not put together yet. The first picture is what the finished Nutcracker will look like when you create your own with the craft kit you will receive.

Pictured second and third are the front and back views of the actual kit which is quite simple to put together and loads of fun. Like a 3D puzzle, use the picture as your guide to connect the foam cut out pieces together which create the Nutcracker character.

Simple to create, my 5 year old and I make them in various designs for just about every holiday.
