Card #100 -- Newton Henry Allen ("Newt") - Kansas City Tigers, All-Nations, Kansas City Monarchs, St. Louis Stars, Detroit Stars, Homestead Grays, Cincinnati Clowns

Card #101 -- Willard Brown ("Sonny") - Kansas City Monarchs, St.Louis Browns (ML); inducted into HOF at Cooperstown in 2006

Card #102 -- Larry Brown - Chicago American Giants, Negro National League champions 1927

Card #103 -- Leon Day - Baltimore Black Sox, Brooklyn Eagles; inducted into HOF at Cooperstown in 1995

Card #104 -- John W. Donaldson - Tennessee Rats, All Nations, Gilkerson’s Union Giants, Chicago Giants, Indianapolis ABC’s, Brooklyn Royal Giants, Lincoln Giants, Detroit Stars, Kansas City Monarchs, Donaldson All Stars

Card #105 -- Andrew Foster ("Rube") - Chicago Union Giants, Cuban X-Giants, Philadelphia Giants, Leland Giants; organized the Chicago American Giants, winning an estimated 11 championships; organized the first Black baseball league, the Negro National League; inducted into HOF at Cooperstown in 1981

Card #106 -- John W. Fowler ("Bud") - first black man to play on a white professional team (New Castle, Pennsylvania, 1878); credited with inventing the first shin guards (white players were spiking him so often that he began to tape pieces of wood to his legs to protect himself!); formed the independent Page Fence Giants team (1895) which played all 130 of their games on the road!

Fantastic baseball history/info on each card. Incredible additions to any card collection!

Cards are in excellent/near mint/mint condition. (Dunno why some pics look a little blurry but cards are all clear!)
