Comes with the unit and USB cord.
On/off switch on the top and volume buttons on the side.
Answer call/redial button on the front that also mutes the call.

I am pretty sure I still have the instruction manual because I dug it out but misplaced it.
Hopefully I find it, if not, its pretty self explanatory.

Barely used and works good and last for days before needing recharged.

yah, I got your other message, was googling it myself, lol.. being a trucker isnt what people think it is, most of the time, they dont have time to stop and explore cities, I traveled through Las Vegas NV over 100 times easy and never stopped one time.
But once, when i friend went with me for a week, we laid over in Nashville and had a pretty decent time walking the streets and checking out all the fancy VIP clubs through the windows, then we went to a camp site and drank beers and fished the rest of the weekend.
