FREE: Serif PagePlus 11 software

The listing, Serif PagePlus 11 software has ended.

I have not used this software and am unfamiliar with Serif Products, but apparently folks in Europe are.
I use Adobe CS, and am pretty much dumbfounded by it. I certainly didn't want to install this and add to my confusion, but if you have to deal with PDF's and/or need software to tweak pics....this might be a cheap alternative.
It's worth a shot....because remember, as always, it's FREEEEEEE!
