This auction is for a St. Anthony relic its says "The life of the body is the soul;The life of the soul is God." its still in its wrapper. i got it from St.John The Baptist Church in New York City. A 3rd class relic means it is blessed with the remains of the Saint. Where a 1st class relic has a piece of the remains with it. Listia Verified Addresses only thank you!

That is a good question because a "relic" is physical remains of that saint. The name on this says St. Anthonys Relic. i am going to look up the Church online and try to email or call them today so we know what the relic is. if i dont get anywhere with that i go to or Lady of Victory Church in Lackawanna, Ny i will talk to my priest tomorrow after mass.

just got off the phone with the church, this is a 3rd class relic which means it is blessed with a physical remain of St.Anthony. a first class relic has physical remains on it.
