I simply can no longer afford to pay to ship items to others. I also will not just stick an item in an envelope and stick a stamp on it. Everything I charge shipping on, I ship with tracking. I have had too many items go missing using the USPS. With tracking, the item is covered (at least by Listia rules) if the PO loses it. If you don't want to pay the shipping charges that is not a problem...just don't bid on it and you won't have to pay any shipping ;)

I am almost always open to a GIN but I won't start one for less than 3000 credits. I always include a bonus if you use GIN.
