I love me some Alexandrite! It's my birthstone. :) I've got a genuine one in my high school class ring that changes color in different lighting. :) does this one stay that purple color, since it's simulated? or change as well?

yeah, i know my class ring which had real alexandrite and the band was 10 white gold was $399 not including tax! luckily a parent bought it for me, or I never would've gotten it. :)
