The listing, ONE FIVE (5) GRAIN .999 PURE SILVER BAR has ended.
One new beautiful triangular .999 pure silver bar of five (5) grain weight shipped in a sealed plastic container. Use as a hedge against the falling dollar value. Experts believe silver will rise in value as the world's currency collapses.
no. a grain is about 1/17 of a gram. Think about a grain of rice. However this is a manufacture silver product not a hunk of silver. it is a collectable item that should increase in value over the years. Thanks for asking.
I'd sure hope so because a grain of silver is only worth $0.00035465. So 5 X $0.00035465 = $0.00177325
At a value that is not even 2/10 of one penny, I'd say these are more for fun than serious collecting, wouldn't you?
However, if silver by some miracle goes up to $50/oz. (right now it's about $17/oz.) then theoretically you'd make a little bit. One grain of silver would be worth $0.104166 or about 10 cents. But that's high hopes.
If $1 represents 1,000 credits, then 1 penny must represent 10 credits. So at this math, a grain of silver is worth approximately 2 credits currently. But like I said, if my a miracle silver jumps up to $50/oz. all of a sudden that grain of silver would be worth 200 credits. Something to think about...
