Only copyright infringement songs and videos have to be deleted, dont listen to what another buyer says, read the rules for yourself. Like lets say you have your wedding video on there, you can obviously keep that on if you want. I doubt others would find it as entertaining as you do, but im just saying, those things can stay on. Only copyrighted work needs to be removed. If its YouTube content, that can stay, or anything public license, like a live Grateful Dead concert or some Pearl Jam concerts, where concert goers were allowed to bring in recorders and record the show and freely distribute them. This is nice though, i have an ipod touch and ipad 2, but i might bid on this as it holds alot more then my ipod touch 16GB. This might be nice for taking my videos on the go, podcasts and such.
