Girls size 12 Old Navy boot cut blue jeans. 98% cotton, 2% spandex, so they have some give. These are size 12 regular (not slim). And they are in excellent condition. I took two pictures of the bottoms to show that the hems are not worn or frayed at all!
Pockets in back, dark navy color, perfect for back to school!

35 inches long, 12 inches wide at the waist measured flat across the front. It does have adjustable elastics in the waistband the allow you to make it smaller or larger, and that might help if she is really skinny.
