Sorry, even though it is only a key chain, it is still a knife and U.S. has too complicated a policy for mailing "weapons" internationally so sites like ebay will not allow it at all. Not worth the risk.

Not sure what you mean by "fire" the blade. Blade is spring assisted, unfolds when you pull the sight (notch on top of the gun).
