Thanks to the Listian who recently left me a neutral comment on these because he claims he was never told he had to put fuel in it, he obviously DID NOT read the blatant notation above.

"There were no instructions. I was not aware you had to put fuel in it."

This fuel notation is in ALL of my auctions for these because it is illegal to ship flammable liquids without proper licensing to do so.

So here are my new, updated instructions. They are simple.....

If you do not think you are logical enough to know you have to put lighter fuel into a lighter type device in order to make it work, then please do not bid on this because it will probably be hazardous to the rest of us once you do get it to work. Thank you.
