Yes ma'am I can, if you can tell me exactly how to measure the bust lol sorry :( LOL I can say that I am a 36-38C and it was a little big on me, but there is elastic in the middle of the back of the dress at the top to help with the chest area and the top ties to help also :) But I would be glad to give you the measurements if you tell me exactly where to measure it LOL :)
