I have had these forever and I have never used them. They are stamped with Copyright TCFC on both, so they are actual Licensed Care Bear items. Very cute and very small! Perfect for a retro bracelet or a little girl bracelet!!

I can only offer Free Shipping every other Thursday of the month. I will email the winner of the exact date of shipment. If you would prefer to pay the exact shipping for your choice of carrier, please let me know and we can work something out.
I am a single Mother and work full time so it may sometimes take me a little while to get to the post office. Please be patient with me, I promise you will receive your item. :)

I have no idea, I guess they are? If you look them up online using the letters "TCFC stamped Italian charm", it will pull up all kinds of info about them.
