These are "Purse Locks"!! When you go shopping and you place your purse in the shopping cart, these purse locks wrap around your purse handle and then wrap around the shopping cart handle to secure your purse.

Each purse lock is 9" long, with secure clasp. Gold like coating. Very shiny!! Two different designs: 1- angel, 2-heart.
