First of all i did not name this.
it's called better than sex.
i have never wore it. its a mascara (black).
it's water and smudge proof.
i'm not sure why but i. have noticed that too faced very rarely comes in a box.

Has it ever been opened? To check the brush or anything?

I usually to check it out. Only because one of them had a crack in it and I ended up with a black mess. This one was very securely wrapped in bubble wrap. I sell so many its hard to keep track. I don't think it was opened all the way.
