Do not know what's wrong with it, I know there i something wrong with it but I forgot

I use to be a manager of a retro gaming store and this is left overs (because repair needed)

Maybe but I remembered there was something wrong with it. I think the screen flashes but still doesn't turn on but don't quote me for sure !
