If she's really loaded with fleas, you might want to look into getting her a Capstar. It's a pill that works for 24 hours and starts killing fleas within 30 minutes. We do rescue and try to keep Capstar on hand if we get in really flea infested dogs or cats. Ask your vet about it, they usually run around $4.50 here. Frontline can then help keep the fleas off. A dip is helpful in killing fleas, but won't keep them off for long. Talk with your vet about a program to help get the fleas under control. That usually involves treating the house, yard, and dog. Hope that helps! :)
