Yes I Do. My Daughter is a Size 2 and they fit her. I'm a size 8 and they fit me. They are very stretchy.

They are made more like spandex than Jean materal. Hope that helps. BC in not sure what genie slim jeggings are. I'm sorry. These are made to fit skin tight.
