It is my goal to provide you with the best possible service. Listia is a hobby, not a business and in order to make it fun for everyone below you will find some pointers to help me serve you better.
Shipping:
I mail out within 24 hours of receiving address and shipping payment (where applicable).

Communication:
I will hold items for 10 days if by that time I have not heard from you I will relist. This means I need to have your name, address and shipping payment by the tenth day following the auction. In the case of having to wait to provide me with any of the above information, just email me through listia. I am very easy to get along with. :) If I do not have all the information, per listia rules I will not refund points. Communication is very important – please let me know if you have any questions at all.
Feedback:
I will leave positive feedback only once I receive it. I have had to make this change in policy recently when a buyer filed a dispute against me, received the product that day (less than a week of winning it) and then left neutral feedback while saying she liked the object. If you have any reason to file anything less than positive feedback please give me a chance to address the problem.
