I don't have a ruler or anything, but I'm a 40-44 d/dd (depending on style) and it fits, with plenty of room for adjustments both ways, since it has a corset-style front in the bust area. The belly area is pretty free flowing, so it could go up to 3x or possibly even a bit bigger.
